Terms of use

Last updated June 2026 · Placeholder — to be reviewed by Farmeci's legal team before production launch.

These terms govern your use of the Farmeci Blog (blog.farmeci.com). By using the site you agree to these terms. Clinical consultations and the dispensing of medicines are governed by separate terms on the Farmeci main site.

Nature of the content

The Farmeci Blog is a patient-education resource written and clinically reviewed by Farmeci's UK GPhC-registered pharmacy team. It is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation that any particular medication is suitable for you. Suitability for any treatment is decided by a UK-registered clinician after a consultation.

When to seek clinical care

If you have a clinical concern, please contact your GP, book a free Farmeci consultation, or — if it's an emergency — call 999. For urgent non-emergency advice, call NHS 111.

Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep articles accurate and up to date, and each article carries the name and GPhC number of the clinician who last reviewed it. Clinical guidance can change, however, and we make no warranty that the content is complete or current at the time you rely on it.

Intellectual property

All content on the Farmeci Blog — text, images, code, and design — is owned by Farmeci or licensed to it, and is protected by UK and international copyright. You may share links to articles freely. You may not republish, modify, or commercially reuse content without our written permission.

Third-party links

We link to UK clinical authority sources (NHS, NICE, MHRA, BNF, GPhC) and to the Farmeci main site for consultations. We are not responsible for the content of external sites and inclusion of a link is not an endorsement of any product or service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Farmeci's liability for loss arising from your use of the blog is limited. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
